I love cooking, I love the human act of feeding people. I think I got a lot of that from my Dad, Albert John Price. He was a lawyer, by profession, born in British Colonial India, but a real foodie. For his 90th birthday, he received the best present he could hope for from his granddaughter, ½ a pigs head. He was that type of person, passionate about food. I decided to name our restaurant after him.
Our executive chef, Rei (“Ray” to me) Tsukakoshi is a classically trained chef, a graduate of the prestigious Tsuji School of Cooking, and also trained in Lyon. He is a passionate about British cuisine and a fan of modern British chefs such as Heston Blumenthal. He joined us Spring 2022 after spending 3 years at the Michelin starred Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Tokyo.
